Try this new all natural, organic, functional food supplement. It works at the cellular level renewing and repairing your cells. It also helps the body get the maximum out of vitamins and food. It’s not sold in stores only online or through a distributor. It may seem expensive but if you sign up, you can it at wholesale. www.greatlifeintl.com/mwpagel

Most vitamins are synthetic and have huge amounts of specific nutrients…in other words they aren’t balanced. You can avoid any concerns by taking a “green-source” nutrition supplement. Such supplements are made of pure concentrated vegetable/fruit products. Therefore, you are getting a balance of macro- and micronutrients found in healthy foods without worrying about “overdosing” on fat-soluble nutrients.
Vitamins are a big business. When you can’t get all you need from foods (very common), then supplementation is best. Forget the vitamin tabs. You absorb very little and the rest goes out the other end (that’s expensive). The best vitamin to take is a liquid from. It’s fully absorbable and is absorbed quickly. One thing that you can tell whether your vitamins are absorbed or not is whether they make your urine darker. If they do, then they are not being absorbed. You should also look for natural sources. There are five forms of vitamin E, most manufacturers, focus on just one form. Your body reacts best to natural vitamin E. I personally take a balanced liquid that has 60 vitamins, mineral and trace minerals. Works well.
