I tried one called 7 slim… And they actually work 100% with some minor side effects l..like drowsiness and fatigue some times…but I lose 10 kgs in 6 months..even when I stopped..it was still working…. They took them off the market when the all-knowing all-caring government banned them. I have not been able to find anything but the ephedra-free kind since. Even though ephedra is legal again, I think Stacker hasn’t bothered to put them back out yet, but I don’t know for sure. Pure speculation on my part. If you do find them, let me know where.

well just keep telling her that she’s the sexiest woman on the planet to you.
And, you guys should work out together.
Go for walks/jogs, do some strength training together, have intimacy together.
All in the name of burning fat and loving each other.
Be honest with her and tell her you don’t like the fact that she doesn’t like herself.
Tell her you want her to be confident

There’s no quick fix. If she’s really committed and is serious about losing the fat, then she needs to do it the right way. Eat healthy and exercising.

She has to get it into her head that she’s very lazy and impatient, harsh but it’s the truth. No results will ever come quick if she took time to gain the weight in the first place. If results come quick, they are unhealthy and it will come back and it’s not long term like she probably knows by now. Diet and exercise, but if she looks good to you, then get that into her head.
