How to Go on a Diet with Ephedra
To get the best out of using Ephedra Diet pills it is important that you plan your diet, exercises etc.
There is two ways of doing it. The most recommended is that you do some Work Out together with your diet, to optimize your results and to boost up your weight loss and metabolism. The best thing you can do is go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week do 45 minutes of weight training and finish of with a half hour of cardio, if you don’t like gyms you can do some home work out and do some running or walking outside.
The other method is based on a diet alone and when you start on it, it is important you ask yourself if you were gaining weight or your weight stayed at the same level the three weeks prior to you start your diet.
If you were gaining weight you for sure have to cut down on your food intake, else it is going to take very long time before you start losing weight.
If you stayed at the same weight, you can expect burning 100 to 200 calories extra per day taking Ephedra diet pills. It does not sound a lot but on a weekly basis it is a total of 700 to 1400 calories, so it all ads up.
A golden theoretical rule is it takes 3500 calories to burn one pound of body fat. So if you weight stayed the same, and you continue eating the same food but together with Ephedra it is going to take you 3 to 4 weeks to lose one pound of body fat.
It is recommended to change your diet alongside taking Ephedra. Eat less if you were eating too much. But most important eat every three hours.
Your diet could look like this:
7 am Breakfast
Together with first Ephedra intake
10 am Snack
Some nuts or a little yoghurt or just some fruit
1 pm Lunch
Preferable a little cup of brown rice, potatoes, salad with some lean meat, fish or chicken
4 pm Snack
Some fruit, nuts or yoghurt, drink a Protein shake if you are working out. And second intake of Ephedra
7 pm Dinner
Salad and some meat, fish or chicken, limit or cut away carbohydrates completely.
10 pm Snack
Protein shake, meat or cottage cheese. No carbohydrates either.
All portions have to be smaller compared to eating only 3 times a day. If you don’t lose weight you make each portion a little bit smaller till you start seeing the effect.
It is not a good idea to take Ephedra in the evening, because many products contain a big amount of caffeine that might disturb your sleeping habits. And never exceed the recommended dose.
